On arrival there was litter on the floor that we had to clean up ourselves and often the function room bar was unmanned so we had to wait a while to get served. The bar staff were friendly and understanding when a member of our party got very drunk and took a while to leave. Overall^ I would probably book the Pinner Arms again.
